Dear Members (and friends) of Champlain Country Club, we’d like to take a moment to reaffirm the importance of treating our staff and fellow members with kindness and respect. Recently, an incident occurred in which a group of members behaved in a manner that left a staff member visibly upset and showed disrespect toward a board member. This behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Our team works diligently every day to ensure the best possible experience for all members and guests. They deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. Similarly, our board members serve the club with dedication and should be shown the same respect.
We ask that all members uphold the values of our community by demonstrating patience, kindness, and understanding. Fostering a welcoming and supportive environment benefits everyone and is essential to the continued success of Champlain Country Club.
If any further incidents of unacceptable treatment are reported or witnessed, the club will be forced to take appropriate action, which may include suspension or dismissal of membership.
