We appreciate our members and think of them like family. As such, we have capped membership at 430 members to ensure playability and a positive experience.
- To secure membership, returning members will have until 2/15/25 to pay dues in full or pay a first installment for those electing the payment plan. Thereafter, membership will be open to new members. Please call the Pro Shop (802-527-1187) to be waitlisted.
- Two complimentary greens fees and a 5% discount are offered when payment is received in full before 1/15/25.
- New members’ applications are subject to a $150 construction assessment for the first two years of membership; existing members have already paid the assessment.
The Membership Application should be used for all applications, regardless of payment method, whether it’s one payment or the installment payment plan (i.e., first payment by 1/15/25, automatic payments on the 15th of February, March and April). We look forward to seeing you on the course!

A charge of 2.5% is added for credit card purchases or checks can be mailed to 581 St. Albans Rd., Swanton, VT 05488. Taxes are included in dues.
