Champlain Country Club is looking for a restaurant operator to run our clubhouse business for the 2021 season! Next season, Mike Swim will move forward with some fresh ideas on course operations. Therefore, we will need new clubhouse restaurant management to follow through with the vision and success that Mike built with Swimmer’s Restaurant. Mike has graciously offered to help with the transition and provide guidance.
